Common questions

Where is my progress saved?On your device and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud account. Your progress comes back if you reinstall, and carries over to other devices on the same Apple Account. Custom sounds stay on the device you added them on.
Do I have to watch ads?No. Ads only play when you choose a reward in the Bonus menu and tap Watch ad.
How do I change ad tracking?In iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you can also use Ad privacy choices in the game's Settings.
My custom sound didn't load.Make sure the video has audio, then try again. Very long or unusual videos can take a few seconds to process.
