Email hangplanapp@gmail.com and include the email address on your HangPlan account so we can find it.

Common fixes

• Reset link didn't open the app. Make sure HangPlan is installed on the phone you opened the email on, then tap the link again. Links expire after an hour.
• Not getting notifications. In the app, go to You → Settings → Notifications and check the toggles, then check iOS Settings → Notifications → HangPlan.
• Can't see a group's plans. Ask a member to send the group's invite code again and join from the Groups tab.
• PlanPlus purchase didn't unlock. Open the group, tap the perk again, and use Restore if prompted. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your App Store receipt.

Delete your account

Use the account deletion page. It removes your profile, hangouts you created, RSVPs, comments, votes, carpool offers, expense records, and messages. It cannot be undone.
