1. Using HangPlan
HangPlan is a planning app for friend groups. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to use HangPlan.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app or our account deletion page; deletion is permanent.
3. Your content
Plans, comments, messages, photos, and other content you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and show that content to the people you share it with, which is what the app is for. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
4. Groups and plans
What you add to a group is visible to that group's members. Pickup addresses you enter for a carpool are visible to the driver and riders in that car. Expense records are informational; HangPlan does not move money between people.
5. PlanPlus
PlanPlus is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks extra planning features for a group. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Unlocks are tied to the group they were bought for.
6. Drive times and directions
Drive times and routes are estimates from third-party mapping services and can be wrong. Use your own judgement on the road.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep HangPlan running, but it's provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, HangPlan isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll flag significant changes in the app, and continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
